Add Driver Camera for intake side

The CameraServer is able to be created with the code I found on some FIRST documentation. but still need to programmatically add the widget to the SmartDashboard (or Shuffleboard whichever we end up using) so the drive team doesn't need to do that every time.

Accidentally closed the PR before funny GitHub things. If someone could take a look at the Shuffleboard stuff and see if they can figure it out that would be great!

Problem has currently be solved by attaching the driver camera to the Limelight, which makes both camera feeds appear next to each other
