There is a feature that is available in the structure viewers of PDB and AlphaFoldDB but not in BFVD, maybe it could be added to InterPro making up for the lack of it in the BFDV site.. as 'added value'../ although perhaps should just be an option not shown by default not to overload... or just for BFVD structure predictions.. not sure...
I'm talking about the protein sequence on the structure viewer, and the possibility of highlighting whichever region you want... examples:
