When does it happens?

Is it on the same machine as yesterday? If not are vagrant/virtualbox are up to date?

The time-out happens at the point shown in the code above, is there something else that would be helpful to know?

Yes, it's on the same machine and I did update both Virtual Box (Version 5.1.22 r115126 (Qt5.6.2)) and Vagrant (Version 1.9.7). Do I need to do another update?
