Please don't ship .js files without the source

Please remove the source-less .js files or provide the source. 
It makes it difficult to package for debian, and currently causes https://bugs.debian.org/735893 and https://bugs.debian.org/bug=735237

This also increases the risk of missing fixes to jquery used by the program.
