Regex or Glob for finding lines

This will be a short one and i'm sure it could have a heavy impact on performance if done wrong.

Please add Regex or Glob to find lines...

Also ... can you make Full lines to be actual full lines? (Including the whitespace in front)

I tried Regex but it does indeed add a major performance impact. I might have some more restricted options soon, like "contains", "starts with", "ends with", and then it can highlight the whole word. This should take care of some of the simpler scenarios.

Later, I will see if I can add some form of caching with Regex so it only repeats the check on modified lines. So only the initial highlight would take a bit of time.
