Version compatibility: JLD2 in Julia 1.8.3

Thanks for this great package! 

Since this package use ReExport in it, it holds back the version of JLD2 to v0.4.3. This old version of JLD2 conflicts with the latest version of Julia (actually, this old version of JLD2 does not work well in any Julia 1.8x). Could you please fix this issue? Many thanks!
