Replicable CTD when selecting MoveIt

I am getting a replicable crash to desktop when I select move it while having a vanilla university selected. I had it occur twice and then replicated it a third time. The university in question has roads on 3 sides with the right side unobstructed. It also sits atop underground power lines.

The crash occurs when I click the move it icon on the bottom right after clicking the university. My current suspicions are it may have something to do with the academic panel being open due to the university opening it, or the building itself being selected.

I'm experiencing a pretty similar crash very often lately.
I don't know the exact conditions needed, but it always happens when I active the Move It mod (by clicking on the icon).

Usually I see the following error in the logs:

I attached my logs despite that after the last cache this error was not present in the Player.log file, but it was still in the Player-prev.log from the previous crash 😝
