Max Segment Slider Issue

The Max Segment Slider can only use mouse wheel to scroll down, can't scroll up.

Using mouse wheel can only make slider goes down (to left side shorter segment), but unable to goes up (to right longer segment).

The Elevation Step Slider is working normal, you can use mouse wheel scroll up or down.
