Node execution in terminal corrupts standard output

Reproduction rate is high
Steps to reproduce:

1. Open terminal
2. Start the node ./node
3. Let the node run for several minutes
4. Stop the node with Ctrl+C
5. Try to type characters in terminal and notice that the types characters do not appear

This could be related to #455 and the use of unicode characters

I tried commenting out func Flags(blockchar **string, ver **string) with Unicode in config/config.go, but this did not help
