QC for addressing false negatives (i.e., ground truth nuclei with no automated pre-segmentations) #207
Description
Thinking about ways to address false negatives (as I see many assignments that have ground truth nuclei and are missing masks):
- Sensei reviewers should add a new region to capture missed nucleus in a given assignment
- Should have another page in ninjato for final QC to render whole volume and check for missed regions (we can view in Segmentor for now but not ideal)
- 100% progress bar should still have follow up whole volume QC to ensure no false negatives
