Doesn't work with VLC 3.0.18

Used to be able to control volume pause skip what ever.

Now I get nothing. I've uninstalled both the plugin and vlc and reinstalled with no change. Simply will not control the interface any longer. no matter the port/password setting.

It used to work brilliantly, then I updated the VLC and, it does not work with version 3.0.20. Also, the instructions do not match with the current interface. ;-(
