[idea] implement +10sec forward -10sec rewind event

It should be interesting if the two events could be implemented :

• go +10sec in the timeline (simule keyboard right arrow)
• go -10sec in the timeline (simule keoboard left arrow)

the same way vol+ vol- is implemented

I would love to see this, too. Plus Cmd-Shift-arrow equivalents for jumping forward and backward by 60 seconds.
