Name of the API that is easy to understand throughout Europe

Grid Tariff might not be the the best name for this API service. We should find a name that is easy to understand and aligns with other aspects of the DSO concept in Europe.

Here are some example:

• Electricity Distribution Charges
• Electricity Distribution Fees
• Electricity Grid Charges
• Electricity Grid Fees

Tekniska verken uses the term "Power transmission and distribution network fee" as translation of "elnätsavgift" in the english version of our website.

I personally prefer short names. Description of what the project does must not necessarily end up in the name.

What about just calling it dso?
