(Immutable)IpResourceSet.hashCode is slow

Today I profiled a run of code that compares pairs of certificates for overlap. In one of the steps, it deduplicates the entries it tracks by putting records of (uri, path-to-reach-cert, resources) in a Set.

Most time was spent in ImmutableIpResourceSet.hashCode - let's see if we can speed this up. 120s in ImmutableIpResourceSet.hashCode, of which 77s in IpResourceRange.hashCode.

Could also be that it is just a LOT of calls: not sure.
