Add CMake to the project

Context

With issue #3 now addressing multiple header and source files, it would be a good time to add CMake to have a project build system, efficient compilation processes, and allow flexibility to downstream users.

Additional Notes

• Related to issue Reorganize code into multiple source/header files based on their functionality. #3 since the issue (sort of) builds on the idea of project structure.
