consider sorting Team Channels by Team > Channel

Moving to PROD, I suspect many users will have a much longer list of Channels than we have typically seen while testing on DEV. To better facilitate the user finding what they need, I think we should sort the list (whatever that ends up being, e.g. a table or a dropdown list) first by Team and then by Channel, so all Channels within a Team are grouped together. Also maybe best to display them with the Team first, e.g.

All RMI Employees > General
Climate Intelligence > PBTAR
Climate Intelligence > PBTAR - Daily Stand-Up
Climate Intelligence > SPD Dev Bytes
Climate Intelligence > SPD General
Climate Intelligence > SPD Notes
Climate Intelligence > Stitch
Climate Intelligence > Stitch - Daily Stand-Up
