DynamixelState.msg doesn't return temperature, voltage, load, or current

This is related to a dynamixel_hardware_interface Issue #104. The existing dynamixel interface doesn't support "Present Temperature", "Present Input Voltage", "Present Current" (XL330's), and/or "Present Load" (XL430s).
