SaltFW doesn't work with Sun/Moon carts

Title, despite it working with .cia versions on the exact same system. Carts checked (1 copy of each) both worked fine on an independent stock system. A different "cfw" (corbenik to be exact, luma was also tested briefly) worked successfully with the carts on the system which would error out with SaltFW

O3DS XL, with latest a9lh revision and 64GB SD. I don't know what more information I should provide

Did you make sure reboot patches work fine (i.e. Smash, DSiWare, or GBA games work?)

MH4U, MHGen, and Smash all worked. Pokemon Red (official off the eShop) worked. Had a little crappy DSiWare called Candle Route, i just tested and it worked.

interestingly, mh4u and mhgen were legit cdn installs, and smash was a smash cart. not sure if that affects anything, but i dont have any other extended memory mode carts as far as im aware
