Windows RS485 PHY

Let's face it, most automation people will have a Windows system. To make profirust interesting to them, it needs to support RS485 transceivers on Windows as well.

As of https://github.com/Rahix/profirust/releases/tag/v0.5.0, profirust can be used on Windows with USB-RS485 transceivers via the SerialPortPhy.

It would be nice to find a way to do the same thing as commit 2b7a5ce, but for Windows. This issue serialport/serialport-rs#3 has some pointers on how that might be possible.
