Move visitor demo application to this repo?

When I created the visitor app I did not have a good home for it, so added as a temporary repo. This repo seems like the right place to maintain it.

The app can be useful for other people (e.g. kubevirt), but they can use it from this repo in the same way.

@raghavendra-talur what do you think?
