Validate minimum number of S3 profiles in validate clusters

The validate clusters command currently only checks if the number of S3 profiles is 0 report a problem indicating no s3 profiles found. For dr to work correctly, at least 2 S3 profiles are typically required (one for each managed cluster). The validation should check for a minimum of 2 profiles.
