Disable compressed video settings menu

Since we have advanced settings in the settings menu ...
... how about we disable this compressed video options menu.

I mean, the video settings menu shows 4 entries, these are the most important once.
They still stay on top after expanding the rest of the options.

Having 2 advanced options entries close to each other looks a bit useless.
