Upgrading next js 13 to 15

Issue Description

The project is currently running on an outdated version of Next.js. Updating to Next.js 15 is required to leverage the latest features, performance improvements, and security updates.

Expected Behavior

•	The application should run smoothly on Next.js 15.
•	No breaking changes should affect existing features.
•	Improved performance and access to new features introduced in Next.js 15.

Current Behavior

•	The project is on a version prior to Next.js 15.
