Bug: Unable to open MCA files

When trying to open any .mca file the tool shows a Failed to parse MCA file error
It shows no errors in the logs, on both the web and linux versions

I have tested with multiple mca files from different MC instances

Tested with regions from MC 1.21.1 and 1.21.4
