This team tool is not working anymore
But if you have the LUA script the games will show up but they WON'T download unless you have somewhat like purchased game on your account then only you can download it. so seems like steam has passed some patched and brought some kind of new security check up to make sure that you own software then you downlaod it despite having DRM or NON DRM games/software potentially bypasing the CODED DRM CHECKS inside the games and also making sure the piracy is in control.

Have you tried clearing download cache ?
For me this seems to fix it

Yeah, that's first thing you do for this specific issue..
As I told you before the download only works the software you have in your account not the mimicking onces.

Nothing seems to me fixing it without external interventions.

There is script manifest

script to paste in powershell: irm "https://luatools.verce.ps1" | iex

This script works but not for all games it does something similar then downlaod starts working again

Keep in mind the ST-PLUG game lua is already there from the steam app.
But still needs intervention.

Huh is it really that hard to just clear download cache? Also if I have time I will look later also I will push a new release with improvement in GUI
