Maybe A Way To Recycle Machine Core

During the gameplay, I saved many upgraded and outdated machine cores. Since the number of machines isn't particularly high, there wasn't much chance to reuse. I felt it was a bit wasteful to just discard these machine cores after spending so many resources to make them.
Then, I suddenly had an idea—would it be possible to add a recycler ? This machine could recycle certain items from the mod and return, say, 50% (or some other ratio) of the resources.
Maybe it could even include some vanilla content expansions, like recycling horse armor, or turning rotten flesh into leather?
Of course, this might significantly increase complexity—or perhaps I could just use KubeJS to write a recipe for a puliverizer to process machine cores and refund some resources.
