If and when the each curve take approximately 1/8th of the entire track 4 curves being half the track give or take a few blocks for error with 4 curves you could calculate the curve as the entire length of the track with "perfect curvature" so that the curve actually matters more |

Additionally turning the particle into a solid color at certain speeds without animation and making the sound not follow it could significantly reduce any lag it causes |

Currently as it stands the way the mod measures the curve is actually measuring the straight line into the curve more than curvature which makes actual curvature almost makes no difference for bigger particles accelerators tho I feel like it should ideally 1/8 of a circular particle accelerator should be a curve but on larger machine this cuts the track length to almost half decreasing it's calculated curvature optimal accelerators should be octagons not square with tiny corners
