ltsp initrd fired but was not "effective" when creating individual user account via Users and Groups

Need to replicate the bug experienced at user end during a demo session.
As per syslog incron had fired `ltsp initrd` but yet users were unable to login after a reboot. 
`ltsp initrd` was manullay executed, then users were able to login after a reboot.
