FadeIn effect breaks.

FadeIn animations break functionality.  

WHERE: 
SearchBar.js 

RELATED: 
ANIMATE.CSS 

Building this out to have the bar and icon visibility set to hidden on load, then set to visible after a moment, and fades in .  
got it working in one instance, but it broke other animations.  

Help appreciated.
