Overly eager "comment" highlighting

The use of the word "comment" anywhere within a pattern seems to cause sporadic highlighting intended for the value of the comment key.

comment, string, regex and meta.embedded change the standard token type

currently I've applied markup.italic to them
might change it to emphasis
