Some `Unknown key` in `injections`

The items in injections are similar to those in patterns or repository.
At least it works in VSCode.

I was able to get match and include working
but begin/end is causing strange results for me

if I nest the begin/end inside a patterns array then it works perfectly fine as expected

seems to be crashing vscode-textmate

I suspect the injections rules are not being processed correctly
similar to captures

I'm sorry for giving the wrong example that day.

The begin / end only provide another way to end.
