The instructions for accessing ROLE classrooms are incorrect:

When the lab is created, refer to the SSH Private Key & Instructions on the page to access your lab.

Regular users of ROLE, including Red Hatters, do not get public IP addresses to start SSH sessions directly to ROLE classrooms. This feature is only for course developers and instructors.
