It seems that MicroShift 4.17 and 4.16 are supported only by RHEL 9.4 and there are no plans of adding RHEL 9.5. Engineering will release MicroShift 4.19 supported on RHEL 9.6 and MicroShift 4.18 is unlikely to support any RHEL newer than 9.4

That creates an issue, because the osbuild hotfix for GUI images was not released. The fix only landed in RHEL 9.5 so I'm between two unsupported.
