Switch to a supported combination of RHEL vs MicroShift

It seems that MicroShift 4.17 and 4.16 are supported only by RHEL 9.4 and there are no plans of adding RHEL 9.5. Engineering will release MicroShift 4.19 supported on RHEL 9.6 and MicroShift 4.18 is unlikely to support any RHEL newer than 9.4

That creates an issue, because the osbuild hotfix for GUI images was not released. The fix only landed in RHEL 9.5 so I'm between two unsupported.

Daniel Froehlich, PM OpenShift Edge proposes:

yes, 4.18 will stay on 9.4. How about a compromise? You continue your development on 4.18 with 9.5 (unsupported but works), then switch to 4.19 EC on 9.6 as soon as thats available. Then we can discuss if you wait to publish until 4.19 is GA (targeting this 08/25 iirc), or even publish with the EC/RC instructions with a big disclaimer to switch to 4.19/9.6 once that is GA (if you want/need to publish earlier). Could that be a way?

As we're reviewing the training that you prepared, I got the feedback about the supported RHEL operating version. It looks like all the labs were conducted on RHEL 9.5, which is not supported by MicroShift and we are planning to next support RHEL 9.6.
We thought it might be useful to reflect this information in the training.

Daniel warned me about that. I'm using 9.5 because I would also use kiosk mode and it needs ostree fixes released only for 9.5

For now there are admonitions on the content about the use of an unsupported combination of MicroShift 4.17 + RHEL 9.5 and a link to the KB article that lists supported ones.
