Bar Chart with zero value

Hello, I use bar chart to show a real-time vote result.
However, when the value start from 0, then the value changes, the bar chart still is 0.
If the value start from 1, it can work perfectly.
(I use reloadBarChartWithAnimation to reload the bar when value changes)
