Modifying the Chiloc Filter

I am trying to filter out some system messages on a background macro. In the macro I am throwing away junk loot, to a (I assume) a server custom trashcan in my backpack. Each time I move an item, I get a message that it will be deleted in 30 secs. This message is not listed in the filter and I cannot seem to find where the list is coming from or if I can edit it.

Is it possible for me to edit that list? I have attached an image of the debug window for the journal.

It seems to pull from the Cliloc.enu file...but to be able to add a custom filter for the journal would be awesome
