Unresponsive based on system UI magnification #491

- ClassicUO Version: 3.24.3.0
- ClassicAssist Version: 4.5.2
- Client Version: 7.0.15.0
- Shard: Secrets of Sosaria (Odyssey derivate, local)
Describe the bug
UO login screen appears, ClassicAssist user interface appears. When mouse enters ClassicAssist client area, ClassicAssist main window disappears (application still runs but is unresponsive). Disappearance is complete except for a random user interface element (see screenshot).
Important: while writing this, SWITCHED System->Display->Scale back from 200% to 100%. See Screenshot - OOPS, APPLICATION WORKS.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Start normally on High DPI monitor with UI Magnification (see screenshot) set to 200%
- move mouse inside ClassicAssist UI client area
Expected behavior
Works with all Windows UI magnifications (I have 4500x3000 native resolution, ugh..)

Thanks for everything you do. I do have the project set up in VS2022 for testing.
