[FEATURE] Add world to plot at player's location expression #7

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It will be good to see the option to set world in some expressions like plot at player's location, because a lot of servers with Plotsquared are using different world for different plot sizes ex. 42x42, 100x100 etc. I can't get the exact owners of plot in world 42x42, because they're overriding with owners from 100x100 world.

New patterns: owners of plot with id plot at location(1, 1, 1, world "plot42")
Describe alternatives you've considered
Hard to find any alternative in getting worlds in some expressions.
