- Apparently
apton jessie (NeuroDebian VM) doesn't have yetpolicycommand, and they need to useapt-cache policy. Make a note on that
Git
- "tags" came as a surprise, although relate to
git describe - url to clone needs to be fixed to include 2018
- might be worth of a sentence for why there is a fetch when we have pull. Before github, there were no way to check the diff between local branches and what people have done. So fetch + diff was/used for that
git-annex
- mentioning of
git-annexbranch comes a bit out of the blue - may be add some git-annex'ed data to this ohbm2018-training so ppl could explore on it
