Split Dockerfile into 2 #392
Description
Dockerhub doesn't update django-ldapdb when new changes are made there. Using the --no-cache option makes builds take too long. Split the Dockerfile into a django-ldapdb Dockerfile (in a separate repo?), and an RCAMP Dockerfile that builds on django-ldapdb.
