Add dropdown with toggle for participants and calculate speaker time

• prevents confusion about who is on the bridge (could be sensitive information so we want to make sure only the right participants are on the call)
• show talk time for all participants (good user experience to make sure meetings are successful)
• nice to have for IOS and Android, but must have for web
