bug: add the rotation pattern of the glazed terracotta to pane version

since this panes have glazed terracotta pattern so they need to have the rotation of the source block as well
I tested the patterned pane glasses and they didn't have rotation but it seems the patterned glasses has the rotation pattern so just needed add rotation to pane glasses I guess.

Do you know of similar mods that let you rotate glass panes (or similar blocks)? Because I briefly looked into the code, but it seems rather complicated to do for any non-full blocks

Don't know about rotate but there are 2 mods that add horizontal glass pane

Initially because of how annoying this implementation would be I chose not to put it in the mod. I figured that while panes give depth in building most use with the mosaics would be at a larger scale, allowing the blocks to really shine. If the fabric version ends up getting a rotation to panes try to reach out to me so I can pull that into the Forge version as well.
