Descriptions missing from openapigenerated code

For fields that inherit (aka reference) a type (e.g. realBalance inherits from UnsignedDecimal), descriptions are currently missing in the generated code. We know that this can be easily fixed by bumping the openapi spec to 3.1.0, which we should do as soon as openapi 3.1.0 exits beta state.
