Fingerprints not represented from EFT File

When opening EFT file all images are unavailable. Errors reported for each image along these lines.

WSQ Raw size mismatch for Type 4, FGP 1: 600296 != 600000 (800x750)
Type 4, FGP 2: CGA = 1 (str: 1), Image size = 33977 bytes
-> Saving as fp_2.wsq

What is generating this error for you? Does the EFT validate on eForms?

Just an FYI - if you can see the print images in the "View/Edit" section and the EFT validates in eForms, it's a non-issue.

I am having the same (or similar?) issue as the OP. I have an EFT file that I got from Capital Armory. I used the file last year with the ATF, so no issues with it when submitting. I wanted to update the file with a new street address. If I open to either view only or view/edit, my docker console shows the errors mentioned in the first post and the prints show as broken images.

It continues on for all the images and none of them show in the viewer. I appear to be able to update the address and that function works as expected. I don't know that it's actually an issue (I don't have anything actually submit right now, just saw the post on Reddit and was playing with the app).

I'd rather not post the EFT file for obvious reasons, but I could provide it privately if you want to take a look. But, you didn't generate the file, so if not interested, I understand that as well.

Submitted Form 1 today without an issue with the EFT file.

I made the mistake of paying for an online ETF file service. Tried to use it same-day and it gave me a couple errors. Save your money, use this instead.

Just commenting to say I get the same error in my logs when I upload my .eft from Wojtek Weaponry. I have no need to change my file and its worked on the ATF eforms. I just thought it was cool that I could upload my .eft and view it.
