the relocations are normal, the cpu cpu0 is known is issue with 4.8.x fixed in 4.9.x+

I have successfully tested the following kernels:
4.1.x-bone-rt
4.1.x-ti-rt
4.4.x-ti-rt
4.9.x-ti-rt

I have never seen such a relocation message during boot. Based on that, I don't think that this is "normal".
