ADC Support #40
Description
We need to get ADC working so that we can read from the battery in robocup-firmware. There should be a branch lying around (:crossed_fingers:) with this feature in a semi-working state (@Arvind-Srinivasan can you confirm?)
This feature has a tentative due date of October 15.
