where Can I find a simple tutorial on how to use this?

I am new to ROS and Gazebo. Where should I start if I want to use this rbcar project? I want to first play it in Gazebo, then try to reuse the model in other place. And I am thinking if I can use the golf car model in the new OSRF Mcity car demo.
