[FEAT]: Replace workflow list messages with interactive contextual UI bar

FEATURE

Replace the current text-based workflow listing (sent as chat messages) with an interactive contextual bar UI that provides better user experience and searchability.

Current Behavior

When users run the list command, workflows are displayed as formatted text messages in the chat as chat-created workflows in one message thread like this

Proposed Changes

Implement a contextual bar that displays workflows with:

• Real-time search: Filter workflows by ID or command as you type
• Organized sections: Separate views for chat-created vs UI-created workflows
• Persistent view: Stays open until closed, unlike scrolling through messages

we can add on workflow description as well thus providing more context to user !
