Device Class for Uptime Sensors

Thank you for this integration, it's fantastic!

I have one possible suggestion for the uptime sensors.

I think that the device_class for uptime sensors should be set to "duration". In Home Assistant 2022.5, the "duration" type of device_class was added, which will allow for better display/formatting of entities with this type.
