Add PowerShell 7 Support

I'm looking to use the module but found that it doesn't support PowerShell 7 by default. You're shipping the netstandard version of the bouncy castle dll and could use that for PowerShell 7. Is there any reason you haven't enabled that already? I don't mind putting in the PR to enable it.
