RF diffusion colab- RMSD #449

Hello,
I need some help in RF diffusion- colab- online notebook version.
I have tried several times to design peptides for a protein. The problem is even with exposed hotspots, the peptide can’t reach them and appeared very distant. For instance instead of binding at the upper part of the targeted chain it will stay close to the opposite sites . Later. I tried to pick those opposite sites in different runs it is as well stayed distant. Any tips😊?
